Each nurse and carer will undertake a vigorous recruitment process, which exceeds that of the CQC minimum standards. It is essential that all of our nurses comply with the following:
- Full DBS Check
- A minimum of six months experience in a UK nursing job (post registration)
- Completion of 8 mandatory training modules (refreshed annually)
- A thorough clinic lead interview
- Present a minimum of two professional references
