Each of our services are entirely bespoked around your needs. There is no "one size fits all" here. You will be listened too and we will be lead by your needs. We understand that your care and support is also important to you and your loved ones and we are happy to support and engage to ensure your service is seamless.
All of our staff receive on going training, ensuring their skills are constantly refreshed and developed. We have staff from a variety of Health & Social Care backgrounds, this means we will have the skills and knowledge to deliver your service. We have a rigorous selection process, which concentrates on a positive value base and the trusted "Mum Test".
At the start of your service you will be introduced to a caregiver, we believe will meet your needs. We understand that continuity in your relationship is key, so we never send a stranger.
If you are finding that your circumstances are changing or the ageing process is starting to impact in your daily life and would like to plan for your future, we are ready to support you in that process. We really do understand what an emotional and challenging time this can be for you. You do not have to access a service, when making contact if is entirely fine to access some guidance and support without any obligation, just a lovely chat and perhaps a biscuit.
