Mariam has worked in the Health and Social Care Industry for over 3 years, her journey in Care started during the Covid 19 pandemic, where she started off as a Care Coordinator then working her way up to Deputy Manager and Care Manager.
Mariam is currently working towards completing her Level 5 in Leadership and Management. She recently joined the team here at Kare Plus Hertfordshire as a Registered Manager and is looking forward to ensuring all clients are treated with respect and dignity and receive the highest standards of quality care.
