Refer A Friend And Earn Up To £300!

Nurses and care workers are the backbone of our Kare Plus – they’re not only the face of the network, but also the reason the network exists.

With this in mind, we like to reward our staff, be that through Brit Award competitions, Employee of the Month schemes and, sometimes most importantly, a simple thank you for their efforts.

But now we have developed a new recognition scheme, and our nurses and HCAs can earn up to an additional £300 every time they recommend a friend to work with Kare Plus – and best of all, there’s no limit to how many pay outs they can receive! As long as your friend (or friends) applies through our online application system and works 250 hours in 12 weeks, the cash will be finding its way into your pay cheque.

For every HCA you recommend, you will earn £150 once they above criteria has been met. And if you recommend a nurse that meets the above criteria, you will earn a massive £300!

Terms & Conditions

• In order to enter the scheme, Referral must apply through online application system, stating Referral/Word of Mouth as the source, and state the name of who recommended them and add the ID Code in the image above.
• No other application types will enter the scheme – be that email, in branch or over the phone.
• Financial reward is only achieved if referral works 250 hours in first 12 weeks, following ID badge issued.
• Referral must meet all Kare Plus employment and compliance guidelines, including at least 6 months’ relevant experience in the last two years within the UK.
• You cannot recommend yourself, anyone who already works for any Kare Plus office or anyone already in the recruitment process.
• The recommender must be an existing Kare Plus employee, who has worked for the office within the 8 weeks prior to bonus being issued. They must not be undergoing any suspension or investigation at the time bonus is issued.
• Financial reward will be subject to usual tax and NI contributions.
