Ashley and Laura understand what customer service is all about and will go out of their way to ensure we are well informed about the staff provided. Once, Ashley went to pick up an agency worker to help us out in a tight spot at short notice.

Communication is prompt and polite and both have a passion to ensure that they meet our needs as a service. The quality of agency staff has been good to date and Kare Plus have been responsive to our changing needs. Our custom is appreciated and it is nice to actually have a provider who listens and wants to help.
