I have accumulated extensive experience in various care settings since the age of 17. It all commenced with my Level 2 apprenticeship in a day center, where I provided compassionate care for individuals with learning disabilities. Subsequently, I made the transition to Domiciliary care, and ever since, I have derived immense satisfaction from my work in this field.
Throughout my career, I have consistently advanced my position, progressing from the role of a Care Assistant to positions of increasing responsibility, including Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, and Care and Training Practitioner. My unwavering dedication and commitment ultimately led me to achieve the esteemed position of Registered Manager. Presently, I am continuing my academic pursuits, with the aim of completing my Level 5 qualification and embarking on further professional growth.
