Michael Quy (son) from Hornchurch

All senior members of staff have been very good. Jemma & Emma are the main contacts and communication is excellent. All carers have been very good and effective, often doing that little bit 'extra' to make life easier i.e collecting perscriptions when needed. Although my father is the patient, Kare Plus Romford are happy to be the 'eyes and ears' for me for my mother. Much appreciated.
