Excellent service from caring staff member!

We would like to congratulate Jigisha on becoming our Carer of the month for July 2023. She has been exceptionally proactive in her journey into the health and social care sector. She joined Kare Plus in the middle of 2022 and has completely fallen in love with her role as a domiciliary carer. She has recently been promoted to a senior carer role and has excelled massively in every aspect.

Jigisha has been nothing but willing and understanding of the challenges that the care sector has faced, particularly since COVID-19 had a catastrophic impact on the day-to-day delivery of care. Jigisha is adored by each and every client she supports. There has never been a moment when Jigisha has not offered to step in and help. She is always there to support the company and clients in any way her power allows. Her empathy and commitment are out of this world. She goes above and beyond for every individual, staying late to hear the stories of the amazing lives and experiences our clients have had so far. She continually suggests ways in which we can improve the clients' circumstances and heavily invests her time in providing outstanding care, support, and compassion, ensuring they are happy, comfortable, and pain-free.

Kare Plus is truly proud to have Jigishaben as a part of the team. She sets the bar high regarding the standard of care and conduct we believe all care and support workers should adhere to. Without individuals like Jigisha, companies like ours would not be able to offer the over-and-above opportunities of support that we do to our clients.

Jigisha supported a bed-bound client of ours to go and see her daughter, who sadly had terminal cancer. The heartwarming feedback we have received is endless: "Jigisha was absolutely fantastic while taking [mum] to see [my sister] during her final days in the hospice."
