Our recruitment process and the training we provide ensures our staff share this ethos. To work for Kare Plus, you must demonstrate a genuine passion for care and the ability to provide care in a professional and non-intrusive way.

Whether or not experience is required is dependent on the position you’re interested in. Our homecare positions do not require experience as we have a full training and development programme available. Our HCA roles require six months UK based experience in the last two years, as do our nursing positions. Nursing positions also require a current and valid NMC Registration and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

If you’re an HCA who is fed up of set shifts and restricted working hours, working for Kare Plus Redbridge could be the path for you. We have flexible working hours, as well as excellent pay rates and weekly pay! Our nursing positions also offer the flexibility you may need to fit around family commitments.
