Kare Plus Redbridge provide high quality care to local nursing and care homes. Our rigorous recruitment and selection process ensures we only employ the best.

If you’re thinking of applying to work at Kare Plus Redbridge, but are unsure of what position is better suited for you, take a look at the different roles we recruit for.

Nursing

  • Do you have a valid nursing pin?
  • Do you have Professional Indemnity Insurance?
  • Have you worked as a Nurse for 6 months in the last 2 years?
  • Do you have the right to work in the UK?

If the answer to the above questions are yes, why not consider a career in nursing with Kare Plus Redbridge?

If you choose to point your nursing career in the direction of Kare Plus Redbridge, we can offer flexible working hours, access to the Kare Plus clinical lead (including revalidation support), shift times that suit you, and ongoing training and development.

In order to apply for a nursing position, you must be a registered general or mental health nurse, as well as having a valid NMC pin. We don’t offer full nursing training, but we do offer additional training to enhance your skills!

Health Care Assistant

  • Do you have 6 months experience in a care setting within the last 2 years?
  • Do you have the right to work in the UK?

If you have answered yes to both of these questions, a Health Care Assistant role could be perfect for you!

As with Nursing, being a HCA with Kare Plus requires 6 months professional experience in a care setting, within the last 2 years and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Kare Plus Redbridge offers weekly pay for Health Care Assistants along with a fully funded NVQ in Health and Social Care. We also provide full time, part time or bank shifts to fit around your availability.

Homecare Worker

  • Are you interested in a career in healthcare?
  • Can you drive?
  • Do you have the right to work in the UK?

Kare Plus Redbridge homecare positions do not require previous experience. If you’re looking to kick-start your career in healthcare, homecare may be the right opportunity for you. Working as a homecare worker allows you to learn on the job, whilst looking after a variety of clientele.

The only requirements we ask for to be a homecare worker for us is that you have the right to work in the UK. Driving is a useful skill to have, but is not a required skill at Kare Plus Redbridge as your service users will be in an easy distance to travel without needing a car.

If you currently don’t have experience in health care and want to work towards being a healthcare assistant, why not start with homecare? It a perfect opportunity to find out if working in care is right for you, along with gaining the industry experience you need to become a healthcare assistant.
