Kare Plus, Redbridge

Kare Plus Redbridge rated good by CQC

Kare Plus Redbridge is proud to announce it recently achieved a good rating in its CQC audit, this is a mandatory assessment of the domiciliary service they offer. The assessment lets them know how well their domiciliary service is working, whilst giving them a clue of where they might need to improve.

 

Preparation is key for any audit, and Kare Plus Redbridge certainly planned well in advance for theirs. With careful planning and preparation, the branch was able to pass the audit with no hiccups or issues. The branch achieved a “Good” rating from CQC, and while it’s not the highest rating possible, it is an exceptional outcome for their first audit.

 

Branch Director, Golam Wayes could not be happier: “We are delighted to have achieved  a “Good” rating on our CQC audit, we prepared quite far in advance to ensure things went smoothly. Domiciliary care is such an important service, it enables Kare Plus Redbridge to provide care to a diverse range of customers in our territory. It also lets us expand the Kare Plus brand by representing it within the local community. I do need to thank our Registered Manager, Lucritia Jones and also Gladys Stoole, our Care Co-ordinator for Redbridge. Their hard work and preparation went a long way to securing our audit result
