World Cancer day.
There are around 3 million people living with cancer in the UK right now.
Which is why it is crucial to look out for signs to catch it as early as possible.
Some signs to look out for include:
Coughing which lasts over 3 weeks, chest pain and breathlessness
Changes in bowel habits
Bloating
Bleeding - when you cough, in your urine, vaginal and within your vomit
Lumps
Moles
Enexpected and/or sudden weight-loss
Tummy or back pain
Remember to regularly check yourself for these early symptons and make sure to contact your GP if you notice any of these signs! ️
