I am Matt and I am the Operations Manager here at Kare Plus. I have been working with Kare Plus for the past few years, over-seeing the day to day running of the business and compliance, and ensuring that all staff are trained to the highest standards to deliver the best care to the people we support.
I have been working in the Care Sector since 2001 and have worked widely across the field, covering elderly and dementia care, secure services, mental health and rehabilitation, domiciliary and home care. Working with individuals in services and their own homes.
One of my main achievements within management was taking over a service in a position of Requires Improvement, and in the space of 6 months, working with the team and senior management, implementing effective processes and practices, and empowering the team to be able to achieve the rating of Good from CQC.
