I joined Kare Plus in 2018 working in recruitment, resourcing and compliance which involves developing job descriptions, care specificatons, prepairing job adverts, intervewing and selectiing suitably skilled candidates to join our homecare team to deliver outstanding care to all of our customers. Maintaing close relationships with all of our new and existing staff members. I completed my recruitment consultant training at HQ for Kare Plus in 2019 and completed my physical interviention train the trainer course also in 2019 to deliver relevant training to agency and homecare staff members. I am a mother of 2 children aged 14 and 10 who i adore spending my time with. We also have a small pug who brings heaps of joy to our lives. I am very much a family person and enjoy exploring beautiful places and meeting new people. I have had numerous roles with in the care indusrtry over the years mostly working with dementia patients which was a very challenging and rewarding job role. As a HCA i carried out a wide range of duty to care. My goal is to help grow Ashford, Shepway and Thanet areas and ensure we recruit the most outstanding staff members to be part of our team.
