I joined Kare Plus in 2017 and over the years have progressed to Recruitment Manager, my main aim and passion is to build our client base in the South East, connecting with and maintaining a close relationship with both clients and staff to ensure we deliver outstanding care to our services, and to recruit a high standard of skilled, knowledgable and dedicated health care assistants and support workers. Having previously worked in administration roles, I have also worked within the healthcare industry so I can familiarize with both our staff and services we provide to. I have qualified with Train the Trainer to deliver PMVA, Medication and Moving & Handling training to our staff. While I am not at work, in my spare time I love to spend time with my family, partner and friends exploring new places and making memories, I have a 1 year old Labradoodle called Teddy and three cats and spending time with them is my favourite!
