New Recognition Scheme of up to £250!

Nurses and Care Assistants are the backbone of Kare Plus Mansfield and without their support, our network would not exist.

With this in mind, we have developed a new recognition scheme in which our Nurses and HCA’s can earn up to an additional £250 every time they recommend a friend to work with Kare Plus Mansfield – and best of all, there’s no limit to how many pay outs they can receive!

As long as your friend applies, becomes compliant and works 100 hours in the first 6 weeks, the cash will be finding its way into your salary.

For every HCA you recommend, you will earn £200 once they above criteria has been met and if you recommend a nurse that meets the above criteria, you will earn a massive £250!

Terms & Conditions

• In order to enter the scheme, the application must state the name of the person who recommended them along with the ID Code in the image above.
• Financial reward is only achieved if referral works 100 hours in first 6 weeks, following ID badge is issued.
• Referral must meet all Kare Plus Mansfield’s employment and compliance guidelines, including at least 3 months’ relevant paid experience in the last 5 years within the UK.
• You cannot recommend yourself, anyone who already works for any Kare Plus office or anyone already in the recruitment process.
• The recommender must be an existing Kare Plus employee, who has worked for the office within the 8 weeks prior to bonus being issued. They must not be undergoing any suspension or investigation at the time bonus is issued.
• Financial reward will be subject to usual tax and NI contributions.
