Kare Plus Coventry Awarded 'Outstanding' CQC Rating

The delivery of quality care is deeply embedded in the shared ethos of the Kare Plus network, which is why we are proud to announce an ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating achieved by Kare Plus Coventry.
The franchise business underwent an inspection at the end of last year, with the results having been released early last week. Kare Plus Coventry scored a ‘Good’ rating in their previous CQC rating, which itself is an excellent achievement, but this time round the team surpassed their previous score. The report - which you can read here - measures the service based on five factors;
Is the service safe?
Is the service effective?
Is the service caring?
Is the service responsive?
Is the service well-led?
The glowing report praises the homecare service provided by Kare Plus Coventry, with special mention for how caring and well led it is, the two areas scored as outstanding.
The team at Kare Plus Coventry (pictured above/below) is absolutely delighted with this achievement as it signifies their hard work as a team and the commitment each person has made to providing quality care in the home to those who need it most.
Registered Homecare Manager, Shelli Chisholm leads the service, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care while also managing the staff who provide care to people in their own homes.
“We’ve worked tirelessly over the past four years to build and develop our homecare services and I am exceptionally proud of the Kare Plus team. Although we are obviously on cloud nine right now, we are already looking ahead to what's next for our homecare services and how we can further improve our rating in the next CQC audit.”
