We changed from our last carers as they would turn up 12:45pm to get my mother out of bed and give her breakfast, having been booked for 10:30 am. Kare Plus, booked for 10:30 am, come 10:30 am and are very professional and caring. They treat my mother as a human and person, with respect. Has made such a difference.
