Kare Plus Blackburn and Burnley are looking for an expierenced Community Care Supervisior to Join our team. 

Duties would involve:

• Participating with on call duties  after office hours and weekends to deal with any queries or emergencies.
• Completing Client Reviews 
• Assist with initial Client assessment and implementation person centred care plans. 
• Supporting the Care worker team out in the field and also deliver a high standard of care to our clients.
• Working alongside management to ensure goals and targets are met.
• To maintain professional relationships with other health professionals, Our clients and their family. 
• To support the management with Quality control 
• To ensure that the care worker team are delivering person centred and a quality standard of care to all our Clients within the community.

Qualities we are looking for:

• A Good Understanding of Health and Social Care/ Domiciliary Care 
• A Good Knowledge of Leading a Team to achieving Excellent Quality standards of care.
• Experience in Customer care, complaints handling, also dealing with emergencies.
• A minimum of 2 years expierence in a senior role in Health and Social Care 
• Enthusiatic and compassionate 
• Must hold a NVQ level 3 or equivalent in health and social care
