Kare Plus Mansfield are recruiting for experienced Health Care Assistants and Support Workers to work in and around the Mansfield area.

As a Health Care Assistant, your role will be varied. The main focus will be delivering hands on care to our service users and help to promote their choice, independence, dignity and respect. 

The ideal candidate must have:

• a minimum of 3 months paid care experience in the UK within the last 5 years
• excellent communication skills
• the ability to adapt to different healthcare environments
• the skills to work well in stressful situations and able to respond effectively to challenging situations

The shifts will vary from earlies, lates, nights and long days however we can offer you flexibility to suit your needs and family commitments.

Due to the nature of this role, it would be an advantage to have access to your own vehicle, however this is not essential.
