Are you a dedicated, experienced Health Care Assistant in and near to Dartford?

We are urgently seeking HCAs with phlebotomy skills to work for clinics and GP practices in Dartford, Swanley and Orpington.

YOUR SKILLS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You must be able to take ECG tracings, patients’ blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, conduct spirometry and reversibility tests, dress wounds, perform ear syringing, reviews, administer injections including flu and pneumococcal jabs, and handle phlebotomy tasks.

You must have at least an NVQ level 2, or equivalent, in health and social care.

Phlebotomy Certificate of competence, desirable.

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE..

We expect that you will be a dedicated and caring healthcare professional, passionate about what you do, leading by example. You’ll need to be well organised, be able work on your own initiative and make decisions, whilst working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You should be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations.
