The Ideal Registered Care Manager Candidate.

• Will be able to Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the care industry and CQC requirements.
• Grow and develop the business.
• Hold the relevant qualification necessary for the Managers position (or working towards).
• Must have experience within the Domiciliary Care Sector.
• Skills to mentor, support and train the team.
• Must be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• Have experience in managing and team.
• Ability to analyse practice and compliance.
• Must hold a current British driving license and access to own vehicle.
• A good understanding of risk management and health and safety management.
• Self-motivated, organised, flexible, and caring.
• Excellent administration and good IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to build relationships within the local community and stakeholders.
