Kare Plus Hampshire are looking for full time and part time drivers with access to own vehicle to take on a Domicilary Care worker postion. 

Job purpose:

·To enable and / or assist individuals to remain in the community, to be supported and maintained safely in their own homes, thereby enhancing their quality of life

·To encourage independence by ensuring that individuals are always given the chance to voice their opinions and be heard

·Helping individuals to socialise & ensure interaction with others, especially for those who live alone

·Assisting and liaising with other care workers / professionals in providing care to an individual

Essential Skills:

·Ability to listen, consult and communicate effectively with individuals

·Ability to perform personal care, light cleaning, food preparation, shopping and any other relevant activities that assist a person to live independently

. Ability to take on extra tasks to help the client forfill their needs.

.Ability to multi task.
