Kare Plus Swindon & Salisbury is expanding its services offered across the Swindon and Wiltshire area and as such requires the services of a Deputy Care Manager to cover the day to day operations of the branch office in Swindon.

Applicants should be:

• Experienced in the delivery of high quality care
• Passionate about people, standards and customer satisfaction
• Fully computer literate with administrative and people management skills
• Reliable with good attention to detail
• Possess an overall understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards & Care Act 2014
• Be dynamic, ambitious, and hardworking with a passion for delivering quality care
• Adept at managing supporting and directing people in a fast paced changing environment
• NVQ 4 or level 5 qualification is desirable

Main responsibilities will include amongst others:

• Ensure that services delivered to customer are safe and effective
• Ensure maintenance of standards of conduct, quality, compliance and performance across the business
• Develop the business and manage relationships with key stakeholders including Regulators, Customers, Social Workers and other Professionals
• Implement robust recruitment and retention processes
• Ensure that the business is highly responsive to staff and customer needs towards providing high quality care
