Healthcare Assistant - Crawley

Kare Plus Crawley are currently looking for Healthcare Assistant that are available on Full time and Part time basis. To work in nursing homes and care homes around the Crawley and surrounding areas.

Kare Plus Crawley will offer the successful healthcare assistants a full Induction and uniforms are provided completely free. Most importantly you will be given the opportunity for professional development.

As you will be apart of the Kare Plus Team you will have an important role to carry out and will be given responsibility right from the start. Kare Plus will go over and above what is requirement to support you and you will be expected to go over and above what is required to ensure services users get the best possible care needed.

Key duties

• Caring for service users with complex needs
• Caring for the Elderly including Alzheimer's and Dementia sufferers
• Assisting with the preparation of Food
• Dealing with service users who suffer from Alzheimer’s and Dementia
• Administration

There will be a number of shifts available and would be beneficial for candidates to be flexible as Kare Plus do its utmost to meet client requirements and give the best possible service to its clientele.

Minimum Requirements

• 6 Months relevant experience in Health and Social Care Environment within the past two years
• DBS Check will be conducted if the successful application does not have a transferable certificate.
• Training will be given
• 24/7 on call support
