A support worker plays a vital role in providing exceptional care and support. Daily tasks will consist of assisting service users with personal care, medication, daily activities and leading a more fulfilled life.
Monitor food and fluid intake
Administering medication
Providing personal care
Assisting with mobility using hoist’ and other equipment
Updating documentation such as daily support/care plans
Supporting in the community
