Here are some highlights from our Equality & Diversity Awareness Day this year. Kare Plus Romford promotes awareness and appropriate training on recognising and avoiding discrimination, harassment, and victimisation while promoting equal opportunities and diversity in recruitment, development, and promotion. We are profoundly proud of our diverse workforce that delivers best-in-class care services across the Havering borough. This event provided an opportunity for team building, where care staff and the office team shared their culture, clothing, and foods whilst participating in a general knowledge quiz based on world flags, famous sites, and foods to win prizes.
