REQUIREMENTS:

Experience is preferred, but NOT essential as we provide an excellent on-going training programme through fully accredited training providers. Our training team will support and guide our carers in a person-centred way to achieve their goals and equip them with all the tools to provide high quality services to the people we support. #

We are also here to assist them to achieve their RCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with many of our long-term Care workers being supported through their RCF Level 3. We have a passion for continuous personal development and providing our team with the skill set to achieve.

As this is a varied role supporting people in their own home you will need a Full Driving Licence.
