HCA working for KAREPLUS in Yeovil

Simon rang me yesterday to see how I was getting on and a general catch up (which I thought was very positive and supportive). 

Simon asked me how I was getting on at Kare Plus - I explained that since joining in September 2021, I was very nervous about coming over to an agency as there has been (in my experience) a negitive stigma around being an agency worker.  But since joining I haven't experienced any negativity from any placement.  I also said to Simon that Kare Plus has given me work/life balance that I have always wanted, and it has been the best career move for me.  I will be with Kare plus for a long time as it fulfills my hours that I want and also the pay that I require.  All in all very positive experience with Kare Plus and it is great that Simon has joined the team to an already brilliant agency.
