Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training sessions, including Moving & Handling, Medication Administration, and other carer-specific courses.
- Assess and evaluate the training needs of staff to ensure compliance with current regulations and best practices.
- Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide practical and theoretical training sessions that engage staff and enhance their skills and confidence in care delivery.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports on staff progress and training compliance.
- Support the ongoing professional development of care staff through mentorship and guidance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Trainer, preferably in a care environment, with specific expertise in delivering Moving & Handling and Medication Training.
- Recognized qualifications in Moving & Handling and Medication Training (e.g., Train the Trainer certifications).
- Strong knowledge of current care standards and regulations, particularly in areas related to moving & handling and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and priorities.
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
