Home Care Training

This week we saw the completion of one of our internal training courses. One of the most important elements of gaining our CQC registration was the ability to start our own training courses. This is one of the key foundations as it allows us to really integrate the values we operate by into all staff joining the company.  

Kevin Slater brings over 30 years experience as a registered nurse and heads our training. He worked closely with us to develop a course that is comprehensive, interactive and gives new staff the skills and confidence they need to start the next stage of their careers as carers.

We are proud of all those who attended the course from the 7th August till 9th August and wish them good luck for the future.
