Home Care Training Courses Have Started

This week saw the completion of our first internal training course

One of the most important elements of gaining our CQC registration was the ability to start our own training courses.

For me this is one of the key foundations for the future as it will allow us to really integrate the values we operate by into all staff joining the company.  

Our trainer is Kevin Slater, who comes to the company following over 30 years experience as a registered nurse.  Like us he is a firm believer that professionalism is at the heart of a successful operation and has worked closely with us to develop a course that is comprehensive, interactive and gives new staff the skills and confidence to embark on the next stage of their careers
