Today our Registered Manager Daphne and our Operations Manager Matt held a meeting with our new mentors. We have selected 6 mentors who will be carrying out tasks such as, spot checks, observational supervisions, medication and moving and handling competency checks on current and new staff members in the field. We are very excited for them!
