Kare Plus offers health care solution services to local all local care facilities and services. Kare Plus work in partnership with many different clientele types in the area to assist with covering shifts as and when they need us. Kare Plus are here to help with covering shifts for many different reasons for example, this could be while they are recruiting for new staff, staff sickness or covering a staff members maternity leave.
Kare Plus provides experienced Senior Health Care Assistants, Health Care Assistants and Registered Nurses (RGN and RMN).

This allows us to ensure we place members of staff who hold the relevant experienced based on our client’s needs and wants. Kare Plus believe in partnership, working to ensure our clients get the best person-centred approach and care possible for all their needs. Kare Plus continue to have open communication which is vital for building and maintaining a fantastic working relationship.

The satisfaction, valuable feedback, and views of customers and/or their representatives and other stakeholders is crucial and Kare Plus are proactive in seeking out and acting upon this wherever practical and appropriate. Annual surveys are carried out to find out what our clients think about the quality of Kare Plus’s services and to help us review and make improvements accordingly. Kare Plus also visit customers on a regular basis for face-to-face discussions and feedback. Systems are in place to conduct quality audits in areas such as performance, practices, training, compliance, and complaints.
