Kare Plus Leeds are looking for a recruitment assistant based in Leeds. Full-time and part-time hours available.

Duties include but not limited to:
  • Organise and maintain personnel records within HR on our in-house systems;
  • Completing DBS Checks;
  • Preparing employment contract letters.
Recruitment assistants provide a vital link between clients and candidates. You will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with our client.

  • Excellent planning and IT skills user with MS office
  • Confident and self-motivated with high personal energy, ambition, drive, dedication and PASSION
  • High level customer service skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Commercial Awareness
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and strong working relationships
  • Demonstrable experience of working in resourcing or recruitment
  • Excellent team player, naturally helpful
  • Good standard of general education
  • Administration experience
  • Ability to remain calm, positive and to work under pressure with professionalism, motivation and enthusiasm
  • Willing to learn and assist other Kare Plus team members with their job roles.
  • Adaptability and flexible approach to changing requirements within the day to day business.
  • Be a valued member of a continually growing and evolving, multi-service healthcare business
