At Homecare by Kare Plus Kingston, we provide Home Help and a supported Living service designed to support individuals with the day-to-day tasks around their home. This is a service that involves NO PERSONAL CARE but will instead focus on supporting customers around their home.
Our outstanding team of supported living and home care have an excellent track record of providing flexible, high quality, support for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and a spectrum of other needs.
We can be on hand to help the customer catch their bus each morning or even support them in organising holidays and days out. Escort to their educational venue and support them there. No matter how we can help, we always strive to encourage independence amongst our supported living and home care services customers, allowing them to enjoy their own choice of activities while living their lives to the full and on their own terms.
For many of our customers, simply moving into their own home causes dramatic improvements in their health and wellbeing. A one-on-one connection with regular members of the Kare Plus team helps to build confidence and enhances life for both the customer and their families.
