Ricki was educated at Dame Allan’s School for Boys where throughout his teen years he was a credit to the institution both academically and physically. Ricki was very much engaged with the sports teams and impressively went onto compete in the British finals for karate.
After graduating from university Ricki joined the Sage Group with a clear goal in mind. With an impressive sales ability Ricki saw himself at the top of the performance chart throughout his time with the company. Ricki then took his first step into the recruitment industry where he successfully assisted numerous clients in a variety of different industries helping him build a strong foundation to his network of clients. Santander was Ricki’s last venture where as a graduate he utilised his eye for detail alongside his understanding and experience in compliance.
As the Managing Director Ricki works closely with Roo to ensure the steady growth and expansion of Kare Plus Newcastle. In his personal time Ricki spends a lot of his time at the coast, enjoys weekends away and is a UFC fanatic.
