Hamza was born and bred in Newcastle upon Tyne and spent his adolescence years at Dame Allans where he studied alongside Ricki, added incredible value to the sports teams and learnt the ropes in the family business.
Hamza then moved over to Gosforth Academy where he studied with Iki for 2 years, during this period they spent a lot of time carrying out group presentations and working on business studies assessments together. Hamza then went onto graduate from Northumbria University with a BSC in Business Computing and then went onto use his knowledge of business alongside his current hospitality experience and took over the Komal Restaurant Group where he managed both sites on a daily basis.
Hamza’s role in Kare Plus as Head of Compliance is to ensure that all candidates are vetted thoroughly and all staff’s compliance is renewed so that there are no inefficiencies from a business aspect and all staff are suitable for the roles that they are placed within.
