2. Print off our premade template and write your thank you message

3. Give or send your hand written thank you card to the well deserved carer for them to see how amazing you think they are!

4. Participants/Carers – Take a photo and upload to social media @KarePlus with the hashtag #ACardForCaring ahead of emaling it to  [email protected]

By submitting your photo to us you are agreeing to Kare Plus using the picture on our Social Media. We will accept entries from anyone working in healthcare or being cared for; the Kare Plus workforce, customers, clients and families.

*PLEASE NOTE: Some printers may print with an automatic border at the top or bottom of the page, if your printer doesn't do this, you can use the 'standard' template. If however, your printer prints with an automatic border, you can print off the ‘Offset’ template which should correct the positioning for you.
