Kare Plus offers health care solutions services to local residential and nursing home, we work in partnership with many clients in the area to help cover shifts as and when they need us. We help cover the shifts for many different reasons this could be while they are recruiting for new staff, staff sickness or covering someone’s maternity leave.

The satisfaction, valuable feedback, and views of customers and/or their representatives and other stakeholders is important, and we are proactive in seeking out and acting upon this wherever practical and appropriate. Annual surveys are carried out to find out what our clients think about our services and to help us review and improve them. We also visit customers on a regular basis for face-to-face discussions and feedback. Systems are in place to conduct quality audits in areas such as performance, practices, and complaints.
