Kare Plus Croydon owners, Samia Ullah and Amir Ullah are both excited about building a fantastic healthcare business and the opportunity to do something great:

Samia and Amir are passionate about bringing change to the local community in Croydon by providing a level of support that can empower individuals receiving care.

“We want to employ and inspire a team of passionate healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible level of care. We also want to create better working conditions for staff and create a level of trust between each member of the team and us.”

Although there were numerous choices Samia and Amir could have made while looking to start their own franchise, healthcare felt like the natural choice due to her own personal affinity with the industry.

“Healthcare is something that’s very close to both of our hearts. Both of our parents were looked after by carers and nurses and it was inspiring to see the support they provided. Running a business may well be about finding success, but we believe compassion, dedication and commitment are equally important.”
