Celebrating the success of our Kare Plus Apprentices

In light of  National Apprenticeship week, 

we thought we would share some of the journeys of our apprentices here at Kare Plus.  Apprentices play an important role in our offices:  Not only do they come with the promise of a clean slate, enabling us to develop individuals easily into the Kare Plus ethos and philosophy, they almost always arrive brimming with enthusiasm, passion and an eagerness to learn and develop.  Our role is to respond and mentor them to their full potential; indeed we take this responsibility very seriously.

Ashley joined us six weeks ago.  Prior to joining Kare Plus he was painting and decorating with his Dad but after a while, felt the vocation was just not for him.  Having a desire to work in an office environment, he decided to search for an apprenticeship.  He contacted Novo Training 

and following some initial interviews with them, he was then sent for interviews with potential businesses, one of which was Kare Plus!

It’s great to have Ashley on board.  He has taken to healthcare recruitment like a duck to water and has proven abilities in sales, data input, telephone and communicative skills.  He has a mature attitude, is organised, very willing and has become a valuable team member in a short space of time.

Ashley says, “I have really enjoyed the new challenges of my role and have acquired many new skills, learnt new technical terms and gained confidence enabling me to successfully navigate the recruitment and healthcare industry. The team at Kare Plus are very professional, yet approachable and friendly.  I am having a great deal of fun!”
