I am very excited to announce Kare Plus Ashford & Margate will be partnering up with Care Friends this month and have invested in their high-quality employee referral app. The power of recruitment referrals in the care industry cannot be overstated. Referral programs can be an extremely effective way to attract high-quality candidates to an organization, especially in an industry that is known for high turnover rates and a shortage of qualified workers, this is why we have recently invested in Care Friends and will be going through an exciting launch phase imminently. One of the biggest advantages of the Care Friends referral App is that this will allow our current employees to act as ambassadors Kare Plus. These employees already know the positive culture and values of Kare Plus, and they can provide valuable insights to potential candidates about what it's like to work here. Additionally, referrals from current employees are often more likely to be a good fit for an organization, which can lead to better retention rates and lower turnover, something Social Care is suffering very badly from in the current times, & with that in mind we must keep innovating & finding new ways to attract people to such a rewarding & important industry Another advantage of referral programs is that they can save an organization time and money. Traditional recruitment methods, albeit still worthwhile, such as posting job listings on Job Boards & Social Media Platforms, can be extremely time-consuming and very costly. Care Friends, on the other hand, can streamline the recruitment process and will help us find qualified candidates more quickly.
One of the key points of Care friends & what we see as a hugely positive part to the app is that we will offer our Carers & Nurses financial incentives for referring successful candidates, which can be a cost-effective way to attract top talent. By doing this through an app we can make it fun, interactive & transparent, Points will mean pounds for our Staff ! Additionally, an app can also be a great way to increase employee engagement and participation in the referral program. By making the process more convenient and accessible, employees are more likely to participate and refer their qualified contacts. Furthermore, & for me an essential & positive part to The Care Friends app is that it will include features such as gamification and rewards programs, which can further increase employee motivation and engagement. By rewarding our staff for excellent work completed by the carer or nurse, we hope to create a sense of ownership and pride in the work they are doing.
Additionally, it can also help to create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, as employees will be motivated to strive for better performance to earn bonuses. Moreover, it could also be a great way to acknowledge and reward employees who have gone above and beyond their job duties. It can show our appreciation for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.
