I joined Kare Plus in 2018 working in recruitment, resourcing and compliance, which largley involves developing job descriptions, carer specifications, preparing job adverts, interviewing and selecting suitably skilled carers to join our homecare team to deliver outstanding care for all of our customers, maintaining a close relationship with all of our new and existing staff memebers. I completed my recruitment consultant training at HQ for Kare Plus in 2019 and my Physical Intervention train the trainer course also in 2019, to deliver ourstanding training to the agency and homecare staff members. I have had numerous roles within the Care Industry over the years, mostly working with Dementia patients which was a very challenging and rewarding job role. As a HCA I carried out a wide range of duty to care. My goal is to continue to grow the Ashford, and Folkestone areas and ensure we always recriuit the most outstanding staff members to be a part of our evergrowing team. I am a mother to two children aged 16 and 12 who I adore spending time with. We have a small pug who brings lots of joy to our lives!. I am family orintated person and love exploring beautiful places and meeting new people!
