Can you breifly Introuduce yourself and share a bit about you and your background before joining Kare Plus? 

I am Andile, i joined Kare Plus 5 months ago, i worked in care for 8 months prior. 

What movivated you to want to join our company under the sponsorship programme? How have you found working for our company so far? 

First person who interviewed me was Jess she is amazing. Working for Kare Plus was the best decision i made, no regrets! 

Can you share any challenges you faced in adapting into a new working enviroment? On the flip side, what has been the most rewarding aspects of working for our company? 

With a little background of care, it was a bit hard to know everything even after training you do learn on the job. I have amazing clients who appreciate me and it is so fufilling. 

Can you share one or two favourite moments sice joining Kare Plus? 

Several really, Christmas gifts from clients.. i mostly enjoyed chats with certain clients almost too much to mention.

Is there anything specific you would like to express gratitude for in your time in the company so far? 

Its been an amazing journey with Kare Plus. What stands out for me is the level of professionalism Even if i have had concerns they have been well addressed. I was also given time to adapt with our pressure. I can proudly say i repesent the comapny with our rear or doubt. Not forgetting Christmas dinner at Stubbs- AMAZING DAY!
