Kare Plus Ashford 1st Year Anniversary Lunch

Kare Plus Ashford, a local domiciliary agency, hosted a lunch at Askes Court in Singleton on Tuesday 26^th March to celebrate their one year anniversary of opening their homecare division. They have also recently received their first overall rating from The Care Quality Commission and were rated as “Good”. 

Customers, staff and other community agencies were invited along to celebrate where homemade sausage rolls, pies and cakes were on offer for everyone.

One of their customers, who was unfortunately unable to attend, sent a speech which was read out stating that his carers had made a big difference to his life and they were always friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Matt Stacey, The Registered Manager for Kare Plus Ashford said “It was a perfect reason to celebrate our success in the local community and bring together all our customers and staff. Everyone that attended enjoyed themselves and said it was a great way to meet everyone involved and gave them the opportunity to socialise. Our fantastic staff are the back bone of our organisation and through them it has made Kare Plus Ashford the success it has become”.
