Kare Plus North Cheshire ready to "make a difference"

Kare Plus is a rapidly expanding UK wide network and we are delighted to welcome our newest addition, North Cheshire, which will be run by Ged. He cannot wait to start providing North Cheshire with an excellent quality of healthcare. We asked Ged a few questions about his decision to join the Kare Plus Network:

What made you choose Kare Plus?

"I’ve known Jamie, (Owner of Kare Plus Cheshire), for many years and seeing him making such a positive impact within the Health Care market really interested me.  The Health Care Industry is a rewarding industry to be involved in, and one that will allow me to make a difference to my local community by providing an outstanding level of care to both individuals and families who need it."

What are you most excited about in your new Kare Plus venture?

"I am looking forward to the challenges that working in a new industry will provide. There is so much to learn! I can’t wait to meet loads of new people and really get to know the industry in my area. Most importantly, I can’t wait to make a difference to people’s lives in North Cheshire."

What was it you did before joining Kare Plus?

"Before Joining Kare Plus, I was a partner at a legal organisation. This meant working and communicating with solicitors and insurers on a daily basis. I have always been a people’s person and thrive when communicating and solving problems."

What kind of team do you want to build?

"It’s so vital to get the right team as it can literally make or break a business. I want passionate, driven and committed team members. Above all, they must want to provide the best level of care and support to our customers as possible."

How did you find the franchise training and the support in general?

"The calibre of the support provided by the Kare Plus team has been absolutely excellent, every issue I’ve had has been addressed, every question, answered. I can’t fault it at all!"

What do you like to do in your spare time?

"In my spare time I enjoy watching sports, going horse riding, dog walking, and the going to the gym."
