Currently we are looking to take on a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced healthcare professional to fill a Support Worker role we have in the Bilston region of the West Midlands.

This is a temporary role initially but has scope to progress to a permanent postition if the correct candidate can be found. Applicants for this role should first and foremost be caring, as well as attentive, professional and willing ready and able to make a solidly visible contribution. This role shall involve offering support to patients of a variety of ages with needs such as physical and or learning disabilities, as well as mental health needs. Patients are likely to at times exhibit challenging behavior, and so a level head, personable approach, as well as an a ability to gain the trust and confidence of the patient is a very importnat key to this role.

Shifts patterns will range from earlier day shifts, later day shifts, as well as night shifts. This means that flexibility is an important element for candidate's to consider when applying for this role. Ideal applicants will be experienced Support Workers who are used to working shift patterns of this sort.

Candidates for this position do not have to be a car driver in order to be eligible, it would be suitable however for applying candidates who do not drive to live either in or close to Bilston itself, as this is where the role is based and arrival to shifts in a punctual and prompt manner is a must.
