KP National are currently looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in our offices based in Cardiff, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to assist in the growth of our newly re-located branch working on a Temp health care desk.

This is a Permanent position with an immediate start available, attractive salary package with a quarterly paid commission structure and an existing portfolio of clients on board & national PSL business, already in place for you to call - so this is a warm desk!

Duties & responsibilities

• •    Growth of client base – new & existing accounts
• •    Pro-active sales activities including – sales meeting, telephone calls, e-marketing, networking & social media
• •    Sales & profit reporting
• •    Sourcing and registering new candidates
• •    Preparing job descriptions, briefing notes, client proposals
• •    Updating client files
• •    Placing adverts on relevant job sites, ensuring that all adverts comply with company and legal requirements
• •    Achievement of agreed KPI targets
