To be a Kare Plus team as a Healthcare Assistant you must have the following requirements:

• Should have valid NMC Pin
• Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Fully vaccinated for Covid 19.
• A minimum 6 months of Clinical (UK) experience as a Registered Nurse (within the last 2 years.)
• Referee contact details for your current place of work, manager who can comment on your clinical ability, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs.
• Work well in stressful situations and to be able to respond effectively to challenging situations.
• Able to provide 2 clinical references from your current /previous employers
• As a trusted Healthcare Assistant, you will be the face of Kare Plus, so you will need to be presentable and completely trustworthy.
